This arrangement of Carolan’s most famous show-piece gives every player the ‘lead part’ (with Parts 3 & 4 on the first section only but included in the final phrase) so while the players’ skills grow, there is more detail for them in the score… Part 1 has an optional accompaniment part on the 2nd time through the tune - or the player(s) may repeat the first time.
