Collecting information
When you actively register with us for a shop account you supply the following Information about yourself:
Information such as name and job title, contact information including email address, demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests and other information relevant to our customer service.

You may request that your data is removed by deleting your account with us. You may in addition request an export of the data that is held about you by emailing: info@janetharbisonharp.com

Information is also collected when you make a purchase with us, such as the product(s) you purchased, the time of order, delivery address details and your payment method. Our site collects this information in a secure encrypted script and will pass this across to our payment providers, we do not store any payment card numbers or details on our site or its servers, nor is this information visible to us in any way.

We may use your Information for our secure payment service providers for the purpose of providing you with our payment processing services, i.e. Paypal. Only information necessary for this purpose will be disclosed to them for them to act as payment processors  on our behalf. Our preferred payment provider is fully compliant with the requirements under the GDPR.

We will not pass on any information we collect unless in the course of an external audit as detailed below.

What we do with the information we gather
